Booking Terms

These terms apply to catering orders and bookings made with Diji Catering.

Orders & confirmation

Placing an order through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only once we have replied to confirm availability and the final details. We will respond within 24 hours.

Pricing

Prices shown are a per-head guide. The estimated total on the order form is indicative; your final quote depends on your menu choices, guest numbers, location and any special requirements, and is confirmed by us in writing before your event.

Payment

No payment is taken through this website. We invoice confirmed bookings; payment terms are set out on your invoice.

Changes & cancellations

Final guest numbers and menu choices should be confirmed in good time before your event. If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Allergies & dietary needs

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you order. While we take allergens seriously and label accordingly, our food is prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens.
